Beauty from ashes… A gorgeous modern rebuild after a tragic fire. Longtime residents were patient throughout the transformation process: the modern minimalism turned out beautiful! Warm wood plank floors paired with black framed windows & large sliding door offer the perfect contrast. Glass tile backsplash, KitchenAid appliances, Vadara quartz countertops and light grey cabinetry created a breezy open kitchen. Master bath boasts shiny white tile w/ marble contrasts. Sadly, our clients moved to FL as we completed, and never truly got to enjoy!
A 1951 traditional house became a stunning entertainment home! Removing 4 walls and extending the kitchen space by less than 40 sf. did amazing things for this space—now it's completely open to the living area & gorgeous wall of windows overlooking the Fullerton trails. The attention to details make it all come together: black Cambria quartz counter, Wolf stove, Rolf faucet, custom-built cabinetry, pop up electrical outlets, and the custom-cut marble tile backsplash. The transformation also included updating the laundry room & squeezing in a powder room.
Located in Dove Canyon, this home has been on our list of projects many times over the last 9 years—with the large Kitchen remodel being the most recent. As you step into this this beauty, you’re greeted with lots of natural light from the large windows, installed in 3 phases since 2011…
This expansive kitchen received new appliances, revisions to the cabinets and a pretty & bright coat of paint. The dining room is now wide open to the foyer with a beautiful archway that replaced multiple bulky columns. Both rooms lead you directly to the first floor, hillside patio area that opens up to the gorgeous city view in the heart of Orange County!
An original from 1966, this kitchen was transformed into a traditional beauty. The espresso cabinets are the perfect contrast to the neutral color of the quartz countertop; and the little bit of sparkle in the backsplash adds just a dash of glam to this kitchen recipe.
California Coastal in style—large & expansive in size! This kitchen was a major part of this family's whole house remodel in Villa Park; and these pictures really do speak a thousand words…and WOW is one of them!
This inviting kitchen & dining room w/ hardwood floors and cozy window seat is the heart of the post-fire remodeled home. The granite countertops & backsplash along w/ stainless steel appliances give the room both style & comfort.
This kitchen, dining & family room finally received the makeover it deserved! New everything: cabinets, counters, appliances, hand carved, hardwood plank flooring and even the stack stone fireplace wall & custom-stained mantle.
This 1954 home w/ a tiny kitchen grew in size & style! Product selections were Cambria countertops; Custom-built cabinets with personalized acorn corbels & Blanco sink to coordinate with the porcelain tile 'stone' backsplash.
This Brea home was completely transformed—the wall separating the kitchen and family room was removed & all was re-created. Custom cabinetry, Thermador appliances, Brazilian Granite, Noce tile backsplash, Travertine tile…perfect!
The creativity in the sleek design is found in many unusual details, such as the angular faucet and tile detail on the backsplash. The best part is that without the separating walls, it's now wide open for all of their entertaining.
A country style kitchen on a budget! The house was built in 1928 but the kitchen is up to the minute w/ items like a TV recessed in the wall, hidden behind a chalkboard & with an additional 200 s.f. now has an amazing amount of space.
The curve of the arch in the pass-through entrance to the kitchen is the design motif that ties it together with the new family room addition. It's echoed in the shape of the granite island top, the pendant lights and the shutters.
Custom built many years ago, the design was just right, but needed an update. We re-stained the cabinets & installed Cambria quartz on the tops & backsplash—w/ a contrasting granite on the island—which includes a retractable vent!
This kitchen got a total transformation that began w/ the removal of a partial wall & addition of a peninsula. The renovation included carved wood plank flooring throughout kitchen, a redo of the formal entry/hallway & much more.
