We'd like to introduce our team and give you a little bit of info about each one. We've listed their job titles and start dates and we've also asked everyone to describe their fellow team members. So let's mingle…
Born & raised in Southern California, Paul now officially considers himself a surfer after self-teaching over the last 2 years. Along with his son Adam, they devote their Saturdays to mastering the waves. In addition to surfing, he logs 20+ miles while running each week. And when he's not running or surfing, he's either on the phone or on the freeway; juggling all of his daily appointments along with several outside commitments including church prayer groups, life groups, and church Board meetings. He moves fast and talks even faster!

Chris (our eldest nephew) came to work for us after having learned the plumbing trade from one of our subcontractors (among other jobs—such as a lifeguard, grocery checker, and amusement park ride operator). As our NARI Certified Project Manager, he works in tandem with Paul coordinating the many projects happening at any given time. He is also the oldest of his siblings and just a tad bit competitive. He and his wife have a son & daughter and in his spare time he takes pride in being the best coach he can be, coaching both of his kids' soccer teams!

Starting with us as a temp, we quickly realized the potential in this beauty! Bitten by the travel bug at an early age however, we just couldn't keep her contained in an office; so after a couple years she set out on the road and now does the writing & coordinating of our e-newsletters and social media posts wherever she may be planted at the moment (the internet really is amazing). San Francisco is her current headquarters location, but who knows where the wind will blow her next…
Team Input: One of the best writers in the world. Excellent communicator. Very thorough in her research. Mind reader; able to take one thought or sentence and create a spot-on interpretation in story form.
Our first designer on staff, Bryce has become an integral part of our design-build process. He too comes to us with his own family work experience; also working with his father in years past as a draftsman. He does the work behind the scenes turning the ideas in our client's heads into drawings on paper and the 3D renderings. He loves all things automotive and in his spare time, he & his wife enjoy hitting the road with their travel trailer for weekend getaways.
Team Input: Mild mannered, handles pressure well. Professional, reliable, creative, and friendly. Skilled designer and knowledgeable of city requirements. Really cares about the customer and his coworkers.
A much-loved member of our church family, we welcomed Tessa into our office family and she fits right in! Having spent 7 years working in the kids care program at the church, we can safely say that Tessa has the patience necessary to deal with the hectic pace that surrounds our office on most days. Married in 2013, she & her husband maintain a busy schedule with many friends and church activities as well. She has a true love & passion for animals and Paul jokes that she'll wind up leaving us to become a veterinarian.
Team Input: Thoughtful, courteous, hardworking. Professional, considerate, organized, friendly, adaptable, positive and confident. Hard worker and positive attitude. Orderly, concise, outgoing, friendly, takes great pride in her work. Strong willed and great with people.
The newest member of our 'family' seems to be fitting in just fine. He spent several years working as a carpenter in Hawaii and brings with him that laid back feeling. Extremely courteous and responsible, we are excited to put his positive attitude and drywall & painting skills to good use in our ever-growing team of individuals. He and his wife are also parents to young twin daughters!
Team Input: On time, follows instructions well. Reliable, considerate, knowledgeable, hard-working, and friendly. Great with customers and knowledgeable in the field. Good natured and helpful. He is a learner and he loves what he does.
Our teenage son decided to get his hands dirty this summer and began to learn the family trade. Although his motivation was financial (earning & saving money for his PlayStation & new iPhone), he did a great job jumping in and doing everything that was asked of him: trash collection, materials delivery, demo, and he even helped install a few windows. Overall the experience was a good one for all of us and we look forward to bringing him back next year!
Team Input: He's been around a successful family business since birth w/ 2 hardworking role models for parents and is now following in their footsteps, giving back through mission trips. Gets along well with other team members. Honest, hard-working, eager to learn, loyal. Honest, integral, and hard worker. Spirited & eager. Honest & sincere.
