We'd like to introduce our team and give you a little bit of info about each one. We've listed their job titles and start dates and we've also asked everyone to describe their fellow team members. So let's mingle…
Paul Paniagua [ President | June 1989 ]
Born & raised in Southern California, Paul now officially considers himself a surfer after self-teaching over the last few years. In addition to surfing, he logs 20+ miles while running each week. And when he's not running or surfing, he's either on the phone or on the freeway; juggling all of his daily appointments along with several outside commitments including church prayer groups, life groups, and church Board meetings. He moves fast and talks even faster!
Team Input: One of the friendliest people in the world, with an amazing talent to listen & relate to anyone he meets—really fast. Very confident & knowledgeable. Honest, sincere, friendly, committed, resourceful, industrious, has integrity, spiritual/devout. Hard worker, committed and energetic. Generous, considerate, good leader, honest, respectful, humorous and compassionate.
Lisa Paniagua [ Office Manager | March 2003 ]
Also a California native, Lisa went to school for Fashion Merchandising and over the years has held various positions in the automotive industry, banking, office administration and sales/marketing. She is both analytical (loves to crunch numbers) and creative (designing our ads & website); and after all these years, she still finds it a challenge keeping up with Paul :)
Team Input: Both creative & organized, the perfect combination of a dreamer and a doer. Detail oriented & organized. Honest, conscientious, diligent, has integrity, resourceful, well organized, spiritual/devout. Committed, determined and detail oriented. Charming, particular, great eye for beauty, thoughtful and caring.
Mike Cardoza [ Carpenter | August 2007 ]
Our other nephew Mike came to us after working with another family member; his great uncle and Paul's uncle Mario at Golden State Foods. Hardworking and loyal, he does his best to make each and every one of our customers happy. Always the jokester, he keep us smiling with his witty remarks and special notes when making requests (xox).
Team Input: Diligent worker. Always upbeat and easygoing, knows what he's doing and does it with a smile. Wide range of skills, hard working. Likeable, friendly, hard worker, knowledgeable. Hard-working, humorous. Smile and sense of humor.
Adam Paniagua [ Carpenter's Helper | June 2016 ]
During summer break after his freshman year in high school, our teenage son decided to get his hands dirty and began to learn the family trade. Although his original motivation was financial (earning & saving money for his PlayStation & new iPhone), he did a great job jumping in and doing everything that was asked of him: trash collection, digging, demo, and he even helped install a few windows. He has also helped in the office with computer tasks & typing, and now that he drives he is able to make deliveries and visit multiple jobsites. Overall, the experience has been a great one for all of us!
Team Input: He's been around a successful family business since birth w/ 2 hardworking role models for parents and is now following in their footsteps, giving back through mission trips. Gets along well with other team members. Honest, hard-working, eager to learn, loyal. Honest, integral, and hard worker. Spirited & eager. Honest & sincere.
