~imagine washing away all your worries~
Beauty from ashes… A gorgeous modern rebuild after a tragic fire. Longtime residents were patient throughout the transformation process: the modern minimalism turned out beautiful! Warm wood plank floors paired with black framed windows & large sliding door offer the perfect contrast. Glass tile backsplash, KitchenAid appliances, Vadara quartz countertops and light grey cabinetry created a breezy open kitchen. Master bath boasts shiny white tile w/ marble contrasts. Sadly, our clients moved to FL as we completed, and never truly got to enjoy!
This mid-century home in LA County features a Universal Design en-suite bathroom addition. It includes his & hers vanity areas and a large curbless shower that now allows full functionality for the homeowner. Bold colors and a transitional design style really stand out nicely.
By far, the standout room in this whole house remodel is the Master Retreat! Complete with curbless walk-in shower, soaking tub, his & hers vanities, makeup desk, and secluded lavatory & it's even got a full sauna room! And if all that wasn't enough, it opens up to the 2nd floor deck with a fantastic view of the city.
Originally a Jack-and-Jill arrangement, one bathroom became two: one for a little girl and another for a little boy. Both share a minimalist design; one has a tub, the other a shower. While they don’t quite compare to mom & dad’s master retreat, we’re pretty sure the kids find them to be just right.:)
Tucked in a corner just off the foyer, this half bath makes up for its smaller size with a bold design statement. A rich warm wood vanity with a long rectangular trough sink pairs beautifully with the white linear stone tile backsplash! Add some spectacular pendant lights and a pop of greenery and it’s perfect.
Custom built for a loyal customer of ours (and UCLA alumni), this bathroom addition now allows for aging-in-place. Eliminating a tiny bathroom inside one of the bedrooms and re-creating it in an unused Study, they were able to gain much more space and include a curbless shower for smooth entry. Design was kept classic and simple – with a punch of color!
Modern and spa-like, this shower sure cleaned up nice! The accent tile showcasing glass & stone strands is the perfect accompaniment to the contemporary & cool grey marble tile on the wall, and the nickel edges & fixtures are the perfect finishing touch.
This elegant his & hers master bath has double towers, double sinks, marble shower with stunning metallic & glass tile accents, and with the white cabinetry the result is just gorgeous.
The shower was our main focus in this bathroom, using a modern linear patterned tile and the same tile in a contrasting color in the niches. The contemporary tile with the rustic beach decor is the perfect mix!
Building on a photo found on Houzz, the client created an elegant guest bath. The furniture-style vanity was custom built and used the same marble counter top as the master. The chandelier-style light sconces make it opulent!
As part of their attic build-out, this customer also added 150 sf downstairs in order to create this spacious master bathroom. Frameless glass shower with double doors & double showers, along with sleek tiles on the shower wall & flat stone tiles on the shower floor make for a luxurious spa-like retreat.
6 bathrooms in all: Master, Guest, 3 Kids, and a Pool Bath. All with wood plank porcelain tile, but each of them have their own individual style.
This roomy bathroom now has gorgeous Carrara marble counter tops, Espresso cabinetry, glass backsplash & Brazilian Pecan wood plank flooring. The glass tile continues as an accent in the spacious shower, complete w/ rain shower head.
This Master bathroom has his & hers vanity areas, glass tiles in the backsplash, granite counters and a completely redone tub & shower. The homeowners can now lounge in their soaking tub and wash all their stress away.
This client for life entrusted us with their master bathroom remodel: custom furniture, intricate mosaic tile accents on the walls & floor, & elegant light fixtures. The spacious shower & separate tub help create a European getaway.
This bathroom remodel, done as part of a larger addition (kitchen, laundry, deck, entry) to a house built in 1928, makes great use of space. A bathtub, a shower & 2 sinks with ceramic tile countertops is now light & airy.
Included with the room addition & kitchen remodel was this 'compact' powder room. Tucked in the corner, this small space packs a big design punch. From the rich wood modern vanity with a futuristic faucet, it definitely is a winner.
A fire burned the majority of this Fullerton home. Rebuilding—and remodeling the whole house—a new master bath was constructed, including a granite countertop and a large frosted glass shower with a colorful textured pebble floor.
This petite 'en-suite' received a makeover without breaking the bank! The custom built vanity cabinet has deep rich tones complemented by the chrome fixtures & soft green tones in the cultured marble on the counter tops & the shower.
