Layana

Layana | Fullerton

This charming 1923 bungalow nestled in the west side of Fullerton needed a little something extra down by the pool! An extremely creative design by the homeowner definitely makes this little cabana EXTRAordinary. With a deck on top and all of the amenities down below; wine fridge, beer tap, serving counters, and even a dart alley in the back. The rollup window and bi-fold door & windows also allow this to be wide open for guest service. Crank up the country & relax!

Hsu

California living at it’s finest. The hillside patio area that opens up to the gorgeous city view was dramatically improved! A full outdoor kitchen was created with a barbeque, pizza oven, refrigerators, and plenty of counter space; with linear stone tile on the front walls. Front & center is the grand outdoor dining table that seats 10 and then a cozy sitting area next to the fireplace & TV. When’s the next party? We’re comin’ over!

MacDowell

MacDowell | Foothill Ranch

A spectacular outdoor retreat area was created after tedious teamwork with the homeowner, his design skills with our building abilities created quite an extraordinary space. An open wall patio area (complete with bi-fold doors, a fireplace and flat screen TV) can be found on the ground floor leading into the back yard. Upstairs, the master bedroom also has bi-fold doors opening to a deck revealing the gorgeous hilltop view of Orange County. In keeping with the design of the home, all angles & architectural details were matched, making the 'addition' almost undetectable. Enjoy the view from above!

Sturgeon

Sturgeon | Costa Mesa

Some of our favorite customers live in this Colonial-style home and they decided it needed a little facelift, so we were happy to oblige! We spruced it up with some new shutters, statelier columns, a paint job and some new lampposts on the walkway—all of which added a whole lot of curb appeal.

Duncan

Duncan | Fullerton

This Craftsman house needed a little extra curb appeal. The addition of this 20' x 8' outdoor living space did just that. Creating a new roof line above the porch w/ the truss & stack stone pillars added a huge amount of character.

Dean

Dean | Cowan Heights

This custom-designed wood patio cover is the perfect accompaniment to this outdoor patio & pool area. It spans the full width of the house, as well as covering the BBQ area and is nicely accented by the wrapped base on the posts.

Barbee

Barbee | Yorba Linda

This Alumawood lattice roof patio cover completes the outdoor living area of this hilltop Yorba Linda home, perfect for relishing a stunning view of the sunset while lounging around the pool.

Geier

Geier | Yorba Linda

The spacious backyard of this Yorba Linda home makes it possible to have room for a special extended patio, essentially a solid roof covered patio with a lattice add-on that continues along the side of the house as well.

Thompson

Thompson | La Mirada

The best of both worlds! The combination of solid roof at the entrance point from the house and lattice roof on the side allows for maximum enjoyment of the pool view from patio space all year round, no matter the weather.

Farley

Farley | Fullerton

This smaller Fullerton home makes the most of their backyard patio. Utilizing the solid roof for protection on a small portion by the large sliding patio door, while the rest is more open to the warm sunlight.

Lewis

Lewis | Anaheim

A brand new deck of weatherproof material & vinyl railings w/ special lighted column caps will last for many years at this Anaheim house thanks to the Trex decking that will prevent damage and the solid concrete foundations below.

Paul Driveway

Paul Driveway | Fullerton

This family updated their driveway and pool deck. The cool color of the slate design pairs perfectly with the orange ‘stones’ that match the tile roof color. On the 2012 Fullerton Garden Walk, this transformation was seen by many!

Our office front entry/walkway need a lift, so this concrete epoxy was the perfect answer. We selected a slate tile pattern that pairs nicely with our grey paint and are very pleased with the results!
