Beauty from ashes… A gorgeous modern rebuild after a tragic fire. Longtime residents were patient throughout the transformation process: the modern minimalism turned out beautiful! Warm wood plank floors paired with black framed windows & large sliding door offer the perfect contrast. Glass tile backsplash, KitchenAid appliances, Vadara quartz countertops and light grey cabinetry created a breezy open kitchen. Master bath boasts shiny white tile w/ marble contrasts. Sadly, our clients moved to FL as we completed, and never truly got to enjoy!

Hsu | Irvine
This 5000 sf home in the Quail Hill community of Irvine was completely reimagined! An engineered 26-foot multi-slide door now allows the indoor living area to open directly to their ‘back yard’ with a breathtaking view of the city. Every room was transformed; flooring was replaced throughout, and new modern stair rails installed. An outdoor living area became fabulous, the kitchen was updated, the bathrooms were completely remodeled and structural details added — all to create a beautiful home!

This 1996 ranch style home was completely transformed into a California Coastal dream home! All 4500 square feet were stripped to the studs, painstakingly designed and then turned into a classical beauty. Wow, just WOW!
